We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Transformation Manager to join our dynamic Strategy & Consulting team. As a Manager in the HR Transformation domain, you will lead and manage complex HR transformation projects for our clients, helping them improve workforce strategies, implement change management initiatives, and leverage advanced HR technologies. Your expertise will help organizations reimagine and optimize their HR processes to drive greater efficiency, performance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to assess, design, and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption of new HR technologies, processes, and organizational changes.
- Conduct comprehensive HR process assessments to identify improvement opportunities in talent management, performance management, employee experience, and HR operations.
- Support the development of HR digital transformation strategies by integrating cutting-edge HR technologies, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentoring and guiding junior consultants while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Analyze and present data-driven insights to clients on workforce trends, HR metrics, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, and resources, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and present proposals, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior clients, C-suite executives, and key business stakeholders.
- Actively engage in business development, identifying new opportunities within existing clients and contributing to thought leadership in the HR transformation space.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in HR transformation and HR technology solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading HR transformation projects, ideally in a consulting or advisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and HR technologies (Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute change management strategies across large organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and build relationships with senior client executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and deliver practical, actionable solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- A deep understanding of HR analytics and the ability to utilize data to drive decision-making and improvements.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HR software solutions, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and design thinking in the context of HR transformation.
