Responsibilities :
Main Purpose :
- Support the development & implementation of Organization's Rewards policies for all employees working across India which is competitive and contemporary, and help the organization to attract, retain and motivate employees.
Key Accountabilities :
- Carry out research and draw expertise from external sources to design and benchmark all total rewards policies and conduct regular reviews to recommend necessary changes
- Define governance rules and ensure implementation of the Total Rewards policies
- Develop feedback system and connect up with all stakeholders to address all C&B policy related grievances, concerns and feedback
- Develop and drive to the communication plan to ensure awareness of all the total rewards policies
- Plan and execute strategies to develop the culture of recognition
- Support domestic compensation through benchmarking of benefits policies
Primary Skills : Benchmarking techniques, Compensation management
Secondary Skills : Consequence Management, Employees Reward system
Education : MSW, MBA/PGDM
Technical Competency Requirement :
- Expertise with the development of compensation strategy and policies
- Strong analytical skills, advanced software skills in Excel, and data mining experience.
- Demonstrated ability in C&B practices and technology
Behavioural Competency Requirement : Interpersonal Effectiveness and Influence and Networking at target level
