Education : MBA from Tier 1 B - School
Experience : Overall Experience of 3 to 4 years (experience in L&D is a must)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Create a learner-led learning mindset and spirit of learning in the organization.
2. Drive the culture of self-paced e-learning in the organization. Work with RHRs, and functional stakeholders to build learning journeys for employees.
3. Consistently review and drive competency framework (behavioral and functional) based training interventions to align with company priorities.
4. Support the learning head to periodically identify and review emerging skillsets; design & deploy learning interventions for making the workforce future ready.
5. Drive online learning across the organization on a learning management system.
6. Work with the tech team to further improve the learning management system.
7. Drive technology-led learning and new ways of learning within the organization.
8. Determine the training needs of employees, prepare the annual training calendar & organize training programs in collaboration with the function heads, managers & individual employees.
9. Evaluate, identify, and select best-in-class training providers/vendors to implement training programs
10. Work in close consultation with training content partners for the design and delivery of best-in-class training programs in functional, behavioral, and emerging skillset development.
11. Design and deploy cohort-based capability development programs.
12. Drive developmental initiatives in supporting action planning on employee engagement survey outcomes.
13. Develop and conduct cost-effective training and development programs within the budget
14. Maintain training MIS, monitor training budget vs spend
15. Explore technology to draw dashboards and insights from all LMS, and e-learning tools and share insights with Function Heads for their respective functions.
16. Reporting of learning metrics - coverage, learning hours, learning spends per user, e-learning uptake, etc.
17. Deploy plan to move to Level 3/4 effectiveness of learning programs
18. Monitor, track & evaluate actions to ensure that the identified developmental plans are implemented.
19. Ensuring that all training materials and process documents are current and in keeping with the Company's ongoing changes in business processes and policies.
20. Ownership of creating, and maintaining the IDP Library and Learning catalog
21. Responsible for the creation of an application for Great Place to Work (GPTW) with the objective of featuring in GPTW Top 100. Participate in the assessment for GPTW.
22. Responsible for the creation of an application for the assessment
23. Business Excellence Model framework (people aspect) with the objective of bettering the previous score.
