Managing the strategic HR needs of a vital Business Unit, including support to the business leadership on policies, strategies and execution.
As a Business Partner for the region, you will be responsible for handling the entire gamut of Business HR, including:
- Key stakeholder management
- Employee engagement and performance management
- Talent development and management
- Enabling Talent Acquisition
You should be an MBA with 12-15 years of post qualification experience. A competitive Business HR professional with ability to handle both strategic and hands on activities within HR, you should have demonstrated capability to interact with the BU heads on business issues.
This is a key role with high visibility within the organization and one of the determinants for success will be your ability to interface with top management on areas of strategic importance.
- Prior experience of working with an MNC and in a matrix organization structure are essential.
