HR Manager Technology
The HR Technology Specialist will be responsible for the implementation and management of our HR technology systems, ensuring they are optimally configured to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy HR professional who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver results.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR technology systems administration or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology systems such as SuccessFactors etc.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, implement and maintain HR technology systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
