Job Summary:
The HR Manager will lead and manage the HR team and oversee all HR functions, including HRMS, PMS, HR Operations, HR Analytics, and HR MIS. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR technologies and data-driven decision-making to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Management Systems (HRMS):
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRMS.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRMS.
- Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
2. Performance Management Systems (PMS):
- Develop the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance evaluation tools and techniques.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. HR Analytics:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and present HR metrics and dashboards to senior management.
5. HR MIS:
- Manage the HR Management Information System, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management review.
- Identify and implement improvements in HR data management and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HRMS, PMS, HR Operations, HR Analytics, and HR MIS.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS software .
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and HR analytics tools.
