Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Human Resources services and direct the application of approved HR policies to India and the South Asia region (including Bangladesh and Sri Lanka);
- Work closely with the business and stakeholders to understand business needs, conduct a continuing study of all human resources policies and practices to keep the organization abreast of current trends, legislation and new developments and recommend any necessary changes
- Manage end-to-end HR - incl Business Partnering, C&B, Performance Appraisals, Talent acquisition, payroll.
- Part of the Regional Leadership Team, and define/own/execute all people-related agenda.
- Protect the interests of the employees and the company in accordance with the organization's human resources policies and appropriate governmental laws and regulations;
- Develop and implement long-range human resources objectives for the region which support both local and corporate goals.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline with at least 5 years related managerial experience;
- Well-versed in local region's law and regulations;
- A good team player who is self-initiative with leadership skills;
- Able to multi-task and deliver results under time and resource constraints;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills.
