Eligibility and Responsibility
- 2-4 years of experience as HR, Startup experience is a must.
- Identify and manage and work with recruitment agencies
- Work on required profiles using different hiring portals
- Schedule and manage all candidate interviews and onboarding
- Will be part of building the culture and taking important decisions at a company level
- Would be a huge plus if someone has worked with a startup at the early stage and was a part of building it to success.
