The role: Manager-Human Resource

Qualification/skills
- The candidate must be MBA(HR) with 6-10 relevant recruitment experience in the retail sector.
- Must have proven expertise in handling large consumer facing work groups.
- Must have familiarity and confidence in handling Employee Relations.
- Must have handled roll-out of change management initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The Person is going to calendar and deliver all key HR processes across the Corporate Functions and the Retail teams. Managing end to end administration of all HR processes (right from induction to separation).
- He/ She will be Managing Talent engagement across the employee lifecycle through a structured approach.
- He/ She will be Coordinating between Business Units/ Locations and Corporate HR to priorities and handle HR issues/priorities to ensure smooth functioning of the Business.
- The person is going to ensure ongoing communication with the employee groups on HR priorities, policies and procedures
- He/ She will required to Providing expertise, facilitation and execution of employee relations matters.
