Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Position : HR manager

Note : Candidate required only from Mumbai

Reporting To : Director & VP

Key Role: 90 % HR generalist & 10 % recruitment

Job description :

- Talent Acquisition & Manpower Management.

- Training & development

- Payroll & Compensation Management.

- On boarding & Induction.

- Employee Engagement & Organizational Development.

- Reports.

- Vendor Management.

- Statutory compliance

- Labour laws

Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :

- Any graduate/ Post graduate

- Minimum 5 years of experience

- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, any web-based database

- Ability to interact effectively within all levels of the organization.
