As a HR Manager, you will work closely with the Leadership Team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions and to run the charter of talent engagement and development across the company.

The key aspects of the role include:

- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

- Building a strategic partnership with the business leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale

and increase productivity and retention

- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory

compliance

- Driving people processes such as Performance Management, Progression, and Talent Review Planning

- Developing and maintaining a robust employee communication process

- Coordinating with employee representative forums and works councils

- Driving engagement model and leading HR performance improvement metrics for the organization

Candidate Profile:

- Demonstrable experience of 6 - 9 years handling all facets of Employee Life Cycle Management, HR Audit

Mechanisms and Statutory Frameworks

- MBA in HR is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong Project Management and Change Management Skills

- Male candidates preferred

- Flexible for 6 day working structure

Salary Offered : 8-12 LPA
