Role Responsibility:

Employee Relations and Industrial Relations:

- Establish an Employee Relations Policy for the company

- Build capability in Plant HR

- Liasoning with key government authorities in labour areas.

- Lead the disciplinary action and related domestic enquiries into acts of misconduct

- Developing capability in crisis management across divisions

Employee Life-cycle and engagement:

- Establish employee engagement framework for Divisions

- Managing timely employee life-cycle processes for all divisions - including recruitment, training, performance management.

- Establish and drive employee health and wellbeing program across divisions

- Establish a framework for effective Grievance Management

- Audit and evaluate the current manpower availability at all divisions

- Monthly audit of divisions

Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances:

- responsible for plants HR Statutory Compliance

- Ensure statutory compliances in Division by building capability in Plant HR, Line Managers, Contractors and effective partnering with Plant Heads

- Effective implementation of compliance tracking systems and usage in divisions.

- Managing contract workforce - ensuring compliances, and establishing processes

Reporting:

- The position has all the Plant HR Teams

- The position will be reporting to the Head -HR

Position Requirements:

- 8 - 15 years of relevant experience in IR and ER domain,

- Team handling experience is must

- Education - MBA - HR
