HR Manager 5-7 years exp
Role :
- Handle HR Operations, Recruitment, Performance Management & Compensation. The position would be responsible to manage the aggressive growth that has been planned over the next few years.
- Performance Management & Compensation and Benefit
- HR Operations and MIS
- Talent Acquisition & Campus Connect
- As an HRBP work closely with key stakeholders to create and deliver the HROP and Performance Management & C&B processes for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met. Also, work closely with the HR Head on the formulation of key HR processes and solutions as appropriate.
- About 5-7 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in an HR generalist role handling performance management & compensation.
- MBA HR Tier II Institutes
- Should have worked in people-oriented industry (Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, etc) companies or companies that have large sales force.
- Very good knowledge of local employment laws and practices
