HR Performance Manager - Insurance Brokerage & Risk Management Firm
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Employee Performance Manager to monitor, manage, and improve employees' performance for one of our clients in Insurance Brokerage & Risk Management (MNC).
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of performance management principles and a strong ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Mandatory Ask:
- 11+ years overall experience with 9+ years broad HR experience including talent & performance management / 2+ years in a managerial role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing performance management systems and strategies.
- Designing and conducting employee performance evaluations and assessments.
- Identifying performance gaps and areas of improvement.
- Creating and facilitating performance-focused training sessions.
- Working with managers to develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Managing employee performance data and reporting on key metrics.
- Providing coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
- Ensuring compliance with all performance management policies and regulations.
- Promoting a high-performance culture within the organization.
- Coordinating with HR for succession planning and career development based on performance outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders to implement effective review process that drive organization goals.
- Drive implementation of changes across the organisation.
- Develop competency framework for new roles in the organization.
- Design external assessment for leadership promotions.

Education & Experience:
- 9+ years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management.
- Experience in designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, competency assessment and succession.
- Post graduate in HR.
