- Carry out end to end recruitment process.
- Manpower planning & budgeting
- Taking care of induction & joining
- Talent Management
- Employee engagement & retention
- Grievance handling.
- Taking care of Statutory compliance
- Vendor Management.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience in manpower planning & budgeting
- Experience in handling IT & NON IT recruitment.
- Experience of handling companies with employee strength of 50 and above.
- Experience in people policy implementation
- Should have good experience in generalist profile as well.
