As the HR Operations Manager, your role involves managing various aspects of human resources operations, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes while fostering employee engagement and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

Off-Role Employee Management:

- Supervise off-role employees, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards while providing necessary support and guidance.

Training and Development:

Payroll Management:

- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including performance appraisal systems, to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and communication channels to promote a positive work culture.

Grievance Handling and Conflict Resolution:

- Address employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner, providing mediation and resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Legal Compliance:

- Ensure legal compliance in all HR processes, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and termination, staying updated with labor laws and regulations.

HR Metrics Analysis:

- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, developing actionable insights to enhance HR effectiveness and decision-making.

Performance Management:

- Set individual and team performance metrics aligned with organizational goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement and achievement of targets.
