Title : HR Head

Location : KHOPOLI (MUMBAI - PUNE Expressway)

The company is looking to induct a Head of HR, who will report to the President & CEO. This position has arisen because the Company wishes to upgrade its HR practices and systems and launch an integrated HR Plan for development and growth of its people. Broadly the job requirements are :

- Manpower planning, staffing and talent acquisition

- Induction & Employee Engagement

- Performance Management, Compensation, Rewards & Recognition

- Personnel Policy formulation & implementation

- Establishing productive work culture

- Talent Management & Leadership Development

- Productivity Improvement

The position is based at the factory.

The Person :

- Candidates should be Graduates preferably with a MBA in HR.

- Must have completed a full time, on campus course.

- They should have had at least 8 - 10 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing organization.

- They must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and be able to conceive and drive appropriate HR initiatives throughout the Company.

- The company is 5 day working in a week.

Knowing Marathi language is essential.
