Key Responsibilities:
- To execute the existing recognition schemes (Vision Champ, CEO Award,Annual Awards etc.) by announcing the recognition schemes and compiling all the data for HOD and CEO approval
- To undertake employee engagement activities by organizing monthly gatherings, birthdays, farewell parties etc and ensuring smooth execution of the same.
- To schedule the training & development program by identifying the training need, preparing the training calendar for the year through the performance appraisal form.
- To prepare training calendar and schedule programs accordingly for the year accordingly based on skills and competence mapping.
- To assist in the recruitment and selection process for all the positions of the non-revenue department through job portals, consultants within the assigned budget and the deadline.
- To conduct Exit Interviews of all the exiting employees before they leave the organization and preparing the quarterly report.

- Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the company's overall development plan.
- Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitment.
- Developing the induction programmers for the new recruits.
- Working out the compensation plan and policies.
- Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it with other line managers.
- Smoothly running payroll and related statuary compliance.
- Coordinating with finance department for processing of payments to employees.
- Developing and implementing employee engagement policy and plan.
- Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.
- Establishing a proper organizational structure.
- Developing and implementing disciplinary policies.
- Developing and implementing employee welfare policies.
- Developing the exit process for the employees.
- Dealing with the final settlement of employees when they leave.
- Maintaining good internal communication within the company.
- Developing various reports for management which make it easy to make decisions regarding the current resources.
