b) Mid-year review
c) Annual Assessment
d) Performance Feedback
e) VPP (Policy, the analytics, disbursement)
f) Automation of PMS
2. Compensation & Benefit where the individual will be responsible for:
a) Mapping of roles in Grades / Bands
b) Defining a min / max of remuneration in grades
c) Participating in C&B benchmarking exercises
d) Salary structuring
