Hiring for an HR professional having minimum 9 years of experience in HR generalist role in manufacturing domain.
KRA's:
- Handling end to end recruitment through various channels & ensure right channel mix.
- Responsible for the roll out of the induction program for all the new joiners.
- Responsible for forthcoming Performance Review Cycle, in advance to all the location and sending the PR forms in time to the respective locations.
- Implementing and optimizing the use of a full range of Talent Acquisition systems and programs - this will include the applicant tracking system, behavioral based interviewing tools, Employee Referral and Internal Mobility Program among many others
- Conducting Training and development programs
- Talent Management
- IR Support to Unit
- Maintaining Daily /weekly/monthly reports of the requirements, submissions and profile status, Interviews, placements.
- Drafting various organization policies and getting reviewed by management
