Core Job Responsibility :
- Go to person for all recruitment needs arising within the organization and ensure the recruitment in shortest possible time-frame.
- Should professionalize and operational the HR sourcing and selection process.
- Maintain relationships with various headhunting agencies, universities, colleges and technical training institutes nation-wide.
- Prepare the annual recruitment plan in partnership with other stakeholders in the organization.
- Run the on-boarding and integration process for all new employees.
- Own the annual performance management and development process across the company.
- Responsible to run the annual performance management cycles in partnership with team leaders across the organization.
- Responsible for coaching the team leaders in running the performance management process and cycles effectively.
- Ensure that the performance management cycles are completed on time and transparently.
- Coach the team leaders in running the development discussions effectively for their subordinates.
