Position Name: Manager HRM
Main Purpose:
Manage and ensure implementation of BU level HRM strategy within the Department; monitor HR and IR practices and issues; and ensure constant support to the Division Head for alignment with operations of the BU, to enable the realization of BU's goals and create an atmosphere of performance excellence that maximizes delivery of business results
Key Deliverables:
- Implement the HRM strategy for shared services operations at department to ensure alignment with BU level strategy and organization goals
- Support the effective implementation of HR processes within department to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce
- Provide inputs on all industrial relations and contractual worker management issues and requirements within department through continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance
- Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management or MBA with specialization in HRM/Personnel/ IR Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role)
- Candidates must have exposure to IR and dealing with union on employee relations
- Exposure to specialist function of HRM like Talent sourcing, Talent Development, PMS etc. would be preferred
- Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role
Technical Competencies
- Deep understanding of HR/IR Concepts, including interpretation of related laws & rules of the state.
- Understanding of existing & future Group Dynamics of various demography.
- Basic knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing

Note :
- Primary Skills : Establishment rules, an Industrial relation at the shopfloor, Labour legislations
- Secondary Skills : Consequence Management, Employees Reward system
- Exposure to specialist role of HRM like Talent sourcing, Talent Development, PMS etc. preferred
- Exposure to dealing with union on employee relations is must
