Job Description :
- Leading end to end support (recruitment to separation) for all staff positions.
- Onboarding & induction for all new joinees
- Leading Performance management process for all staff employees
- Compensation management for staff employees
- Leading the L&D activities for the Plant Site.
- Leading Employee engagement initiatives for the plant site
- Leading & executing end to end responsibilities towards employee engagement survey & follow up initiatives.
- Should have exposure to the HRIS system (Success factor, SAP, PeopleSoft).
- Talent management & succession planning for all staff positions
- Payroll support for all staff employees
