Position Name: Manager HRM
Locations: Jamshedpur/ Jharia/West Bokaro
Exposure to specialist role of HRM like Talent sourcing, Talent Development, PMS etc. preferred
- Exposure to dealing with union on employee relations is must
- Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role
Main purpose of the job:
- Manage and ensure implementation of BU level HRM strategy within the Department; monitor HR and IR practices and issues; and ensure constant support to the Division Head for alignment with operations of the BU, to enable the realization of BU's goals and create an atmosphere of performance excellence that maximizes delivery of business results.
Key accountabilities-
1. Implement the HRM strategy for shared services operations at department to ensure alignment with BU level strategy and organization goals
2. Support the effective implementation of HR processes within department to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce
3. Provide inputs on all industrial relations and contractual worker management issues and requirements within department through continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders
4. Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance
