We have been mandated by a large global conglomerate is into metal & mining business for the below mentioned position.
Position: Manager HRM
Experience: 3- 7 Years
Locations : West Bokaro
Responsibilities :
- Manage and ensure implementation of Business Unit level HRM strategy within the Department; monitor HR and IR practices and issues; and ensure constant support to the Division Head for alignment with operations of the Business Unit, to enable the realization of Business Units goals and create an atmosphere of performance excellence that maximizes delivery of business results.
Key Deliverables:
- Implement the HRM strategy for shared services operations at department to ensure alignment with Business Unit level strategy and organization goals
- Support the effective implementation of HR processes within department to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce.
- Provide inputs on all industrial relations and contractual worker management issues and requirements within department through continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance.
- Candidates must have exposure to IR and dealing with union on employee relations
- Exposure to specialist function of HRM like Talent sourcing, Talent Development, PMS etc. would be preferred.
Technical Competencies
- Deep understanding of HR/IR Concepts, including interpretation of related laws & rules of the state.
- Understanding of existing & future Group Dynamics of various demography.
- Basic knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing

Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management or MBA with specialization in HRM/Personnel/ IR
