We have been mandated for a large global conglomerate for Manager HRM.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the effective implementation of the HRM strategy within the division to ensure alignment with BU level strategy and organization goals
2. Manage effective implementation of HRM processes within the operations to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce
3. Support the compliance to all industrial relations policies and requirements within the division
4. Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance
5. Support the creation and consolidation of the workforce plan for the division- Support and manage implementation of all HRM initiatives
6. Address or escalate all employee queries and grievances to concerned process owners and ensure fair and speedy resolution
7. Ensure that necessary training & development, mentoring & coaching initiatives are taking place in the department
Requirements :
Minimum Qualification :M.B.A
