Lead HRBP MBA HR Tier I Inst 7-8 years exp 2007-2008 Batches
HR Manager + Individual contributor role
Position reports to GM - HRBP
Brief Summary of the role:
HR Engagement Partner will Work in partnership with business to enhance, enrich and elevate the association with people by delivering on people, performance and talent initiatives and goals. He / She will own the talent agenda for the respective process at the site
Detailed Job Profile:
- Drive the Performance Management process end-to-end
- Develop and drive High performers retention model
- Design and deliver a robust Employee engagement model
- Drive continuous engagement between business and people
- Understand business needs and support meeting of objectives through:
Periodic meetings with Business Heads & key stake-holders
- Facilitating cascading of Key Performance Indicators & Unit Objectives
- Coaching managers on usage of tools & methods of conducting appraisal reviews
- Periodic audits & reviews of process effectiveness
- Drive implementation of Learning & Development agenda with other HR Leads through:
Ownership for Individual & Group Development Plans
- Develop analytical tools based on vital Organizational Health such as Employee Attrition, Key Talent Retention, Internal Job Mobility, Hiring Effectiveness
- Lead and drive HR projects that will add value to business performance
- End to end talent life cycle management post on-boarding till exit
MBA in HR from SIBM/SIMS/IMI/MDI/SP Jain/JBIMS/NMIMS/UBS/TISS/FMS/NIM/GIM should have 7-9 years of relevant experience, with minimum 2-3 years operating as an HR engagement Partner. 2 years as HR generalist With experience in driving most above responsibilities.
- Broad HR Knowledge with experience in applications of HR principles to MNC settings
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - customer service orientation
- Proven in excellent delivery -passionate with a high drive and closure orientation
- Outgoing personality high on learning mindset & comfortable with ambiguity
- Stakeholder management
- Visible curve in HR experience in the floor and amongst leaders
- Replicable Performance enhancement model piloted and tested
