Manager - HR for a USA based MNC
Location : Pune
We are hiring HR Manager HR for one of the USA based MNC.
The Role & Responsibility : Provides back end coordination to HR for daily transactions, generating reports, hiring and other HR initiatives
Key Accountabilities :
Managing back-end work in an employee life cycle
- Manage daily transactions on offers, transfers, resignations, promotions, and any other status change in timely manner on SAP
- Payroll reports & support to the processing team.
- Provide & supervise back end and co-ordination support for HR ops activities.
- Provide & supervise back end support for joining formalities & system updation.
- Record keeping and tracking of data pertaining to HR
- Generate weekly / monthly MIS for headcount and attrition and any other HR related MIS
- Generate early warning system reports based on inputs received from HR business Partner
Headcount / Attrition Reconciliation :
- Closely get involved in new HR initiatives
- Provide back end support in employee engagement and Reward & Recognition program
- Management of agency staff records/ HRIS data
- Manage & co-ordinate PF / Labour Compliance for employees & contract staff
- Employee Touch points through skip meetings, huddles etc.

Who Can Apply :
- Post Graduates / Diploma Holders in HR desirable
- Knowledge of working in SAP, Microsoft Office tools and other software is desirable
- At least 4-7 years of experience in the area of HR Ops
Salary Offered: 8 - 12 LPA
