Key Qualifications:
Must have on hands 3 years (Minimum) of experience in recruitment in IT Industry.
Excellent communication skills (English - Oral and written).
Must possess proven effective leadership skills with ability to lead, inspire and motivate.
Must demonstrate strong knowledge on entire process of recruitment - talent acquisition practises, principal and applications including attraction, interviewing and assessment.
Must possess a proven track record of creatively recruiting and hiring all levels of talent and building an innovative and sustainable strategy.
Must possess deep knowledge of all aspects of executive and professional level recruitment, including executive sourcing.
Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, management, and networking/influencing skills - at all levels of an organization - and to both internal and external stakeholders.
Must demonstrate excellent analytical and strategic mind-set, capable of prioritizing and making trade-offs.
Description:
Key Member of talent acquisition team responsible for developing and executing on an integrated recruitment strategy for a region. Develops innovative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current needs, as well as the future growth of the business.
Salary Range: 6-8 LPA
