Our clients are a leading IT services organization with a headcount of over 400#, with an office in Vikhroli (500 meters near the Station). They have ambitious growth plans.

Our clients are seeking an accomplished HR Manager based in Vikhroli to take ownership of the HR function of the organization and report to the CEO.

Will be expected to set up HR systems and processes and drive initiatives to transform the organization.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Description:

1. Head HR of the organization.

2. Introduce HR systems, processes, SOPs, and KPIs

3. Double the headcount in the next 2 years

4. Manage L&D, PMS, annual appraisals, and other HR functions

5. Ensure employee motivation and engagement, control attrition, compliances, and safety.

6. Manage employee relations, training, and development, and HR operations.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: MBAs (Full-time / Part-time).

2. Should have 10 - 15 years of relevant HR experience in IT services organizations having a headcount of 500 - 1000

3. Excellent communication skills.
