Job Description :
- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy.
- Plan and manage & execute recruitment campaigns.
- Design, plan & execute recruiting events.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Manage Campus Relations.
- Sourcing / Hiring Candidates for open positions.
- In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
- Employee Engagement.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate/employees experience and engagement.
- Overseeing /managing day to day office administration.
- Establish & Oversee all HR initiatives, processes, systems, and tactics.
