Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Exp: 8+ yrs
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment, selection process and identify KPAs along with the respective HODs to evaluate individual performances.
- Achieve operational excellence in implementation of HR processes such as joining/ on - boarding, transfers/ reassignments, separation etc. for the employees
- To manage continuous improvement of performance management measures for individuals and teams
- Staffing Plan & Talent Acquisition: Staffing plan as per project requirements, Arranging Job Evaluations in time, Recruitment within timeline
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure grievances are addressed as per policy within the time lines and the feedback is given where ever is necessary.
- Create templates and iterate the existing procedures.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Should be able to work closely with mgmt. to ensure an employee friendly work environment
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA/MSW/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in HRM/PM &IR
- MS Office Proficiency
- Excellent communication Skills (oral and written), Negotiations Skills, Presentation Skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Should be good in documentation, record mgmt. and flair to adopt quality processes
- Should possess a calm but firm outlook.
