Skills : - 8-10 years experience in a technology / software company as an HR generalist across talent management, organisational design, learning & development, employee engagement, structuring and career development. - Experience in scaling up a start-up is a plus. - Excellent communication, coordination skills. - Self-starter with a - can-do- spirit and the ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments. Responsibilities : - Lead Human Resources and partner with internal functions to foster the development of a productive and engaged workforce. - Manage and streamline HR processes for entire employee life cycle including on boarding, induction, continuous employee engagement, healthy employee relations, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, mentoring, benefits management, learning & development, & exits. - Employee on boarding - Orientation session which includes introduction, company policies and procedures, code of conduct. - Collaborating with the management and other leads to develop a business-centric HR strategy. - Be a custodian of the company's culture and balance employee and business interests - Ensure compliance to policies and procedures. - Manage and report on attrition. Be responsible for the Rewards & Recognition Program at LRM - Help create a learning and development plan. Identifying and analysing training needs and preparing a training plan, - Partner with recruitment team to meet staff hiring goals. - Compensation & Benefits Management - A strong understanding of compensation management to implement the band and grade and improve the compensation structure. Roll out new benefits. - Maintain HRMS and all required paperwork and documentation. - Employee engagement: Conceptualising, designing and implementing employee engagement programs and events. - Employee feedback management across functions and help drive successful implementation.
