Candidate Profile:

Position : HR Manager

Job Location : Mumbai

Experience : 8-10 years with min of 5 years in IT industry (recent experience)

Job Responsibilities:

- Talent Management: Work with the Business Head to manage manpower planning, recruitment needs of the organisation.

- Policies: Should be able to formulate policies and processes related to HR & operations, deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and issues, using HR policies.

- Benefits: Coordinate Welfare/Benefits/Insurance programmes are implemented well for the business and required communication across the entire organisation.

- Ensure general HR functions like attendance reports, Letters (offer, appointment, transfer, revision) PF, benefits etc are well taken care of.

- Functions as an HR SPOC for business meetings with Sales teams, as required.

- Initiates, coordinates and facilitate the Performance Appraisal and Annual revision cycle.

- Facilitates projects to increase employee retention and engagement with specific framework.

- Functions as a Training Manager to coordinate training activities across the organisation, coordinate and release training calendar, facilitate training sessions.
