The HR Manager is a Key role within the company, he/she maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
About the Requirement:
- Should have minimum 8 years prior experience in HR role
- Should have excellent communication skill (both written and verbal)
- Should have excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
- Should be a team player and should able to deliver on time
- Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Shortlisting applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques including psychometric testing Interviewing shortlisted candidates
- Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
- Ensure that all company terms and conditions of employment, employee benefits, policies, procedures, and guidance documentation are clearly communicated.
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities
- Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.
- Responsible for employee engagement programs, team building initiatives and rewards & recognition frameworks
- Develop and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and best practice. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to policies.
