Mandatory Requirements :
- MBA with 8 years experience in global MNCs,
- Must have expertise in TA/TM,
- Experience in education industry is a big advantage.

Responsible for :
- Supervise and daily manage a team of recruiters
- Managing recruitment processes in a fast growing and target oriented environment.
- Workforce planning and, talent acquisition
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Managing evaluation and performance processes
- Manages benefits, compensation, and recognition plans
Expectations :
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
