Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up the HR Function from scratch
- Responsible for welfare of team members on day-to-day basis
- Work towards continual improvement of working environment of the company
- Bring in best-in-class work culture components
- Focus on Knowledge Sharing and Skill upgradation of team members
- Create essential policies for team members, in sync with company's philosophy
- Payroll Management working in tandem with Accounts Team
- Bringing in best practices for compensation which are employee favourable
- Understanding the Recruitment requirements across functions and planning the same
- Liaison with recruitment consultants, contact prospective team members and closing of recruitments
- Establish Company as a next gen start up brand amongst the target talent hubs

- Good communication skills
- Good, patient listener
- Hands on with standard HR processes
- Extremely Vibrant and energetic
- Passionate about people and people's practices
- Good with Social Networks
Preference :
- Experience of years
- Start up/product experience is a must
- Manager a fast growing young organization
