Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead an effective Recruitment, People strategy;Employment Law Compliance, Employee Relations & Investigations, Performance Management, Employee Leave Management, Employee Engagement, HRIS Data and other HR Practices.
- Implement a process of organizational planning that evaluates organization structure, job design, roles and responsibilities clarification and accurately forecasting future talent needs.
- Daily interaction with employees at all levels of the organization guiding them in the appropriate application of HR policies and procedures, facilitating positive employee relations.
- Implementation and support of HR Policies, Grievances handling, termination, warning letters, disciplinary actions,employee welfare support activities and site manpower management.
- Review employee's performance & decide on probation & confirmation status in consultation with respective HOD's.To coordinate for Competency Mapping and KRA analysis.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- The Candidate must be an MBA- HR from reputed management institutes with 5 to 7years HR-Manager/Business Partner experiences in Software Products Development Companies / Global IT Services Provider.
- Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work very senior levels of management as well as front-line management and employees.
- Highly creative, with a track record of demonstrated change to a company's HR practices.
- Have a strong knowledge of employment regulations and employee issues.
