HR Manager(Only Male Candidate)
We have an Urgent Opening for HR Manager for a leading Insurance Company
Location - Mumbai(Thane)
Working days -6 days
CTC - 10-15 LPA
Role - To support the Human Resource Development activities to achieve the People Development team's strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Strategic Action Plan by acting as Manager-HR on different projects and responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities :
HR Administration :
- Manage day-to-day operations of People Development Department at the Office.
- Ensure updation and accuracy of employee records in HRIS
- Manage and implement people-related services, policies, and programs.
- Manage and execute Staffing, Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management Systems, and Employee Engagement programs.
- Responsible and accountable for HR related compliance at the Office.
- Manage external vendors & consultants for HR Services such as Recruitment, transportation, Welfare etc.
- Ensure and Promote workplace safety, conduct survey & do the analysis for employee satisfaction
- Maintain discipline in the office premises and provide recommendations on disciplinary actions.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as employee grievances.
Compensation Management for all branches:-
- Comply with Organizational Compensation policy.
- Manage compensation records & data of the employees
- Review and Revise Compensation & Benefit Policies of the Company
- Maintain Position Evaluation and Job Families data for internal & external benchmarking
- Prepare simulations and provide inputs for Compensation Revision
- Participate in Designing and developing variable compensation schemes (incentive schemes, Ex-gratia etc)
Performance Management and Career Planning :
- Comply with Organizational Performance Management System.
- Execution of Performance Management System.
- Manage Performance Reward & Recogniton and Performance Issues
- Execute Career Development Planning programmes
HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate and provide active support for HR initiatives and projects e.g. PCMM Level 4 & 5 Certification, Diversity & Inclusion.
- Ensure preparation for internal and external audits/assessments
Diversity :
- To drive diversity for organisation
- To Ensure all the process are required for TMW assessment are close on agreed level of certification
- Preparing for Audit & Presenting on the day of Audit
- Manage HR related compliance at the Office
Professional Qualification - Masters Degree in HRM
Skills & Knowledge :
- Excellent Numerical Aptitude
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of HR Functions - Recruitment, Employee Engagement, PMS & Compensation.
- Advance computer skills (Ms-Excel, Power Point) & exposure to ERP / HR & Compensation Software
