Job Role & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Be involved in the recruitment process for various levels, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent within the renewable energy sector.

- Implement and manage a streamlined onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.

Employee Handbook and Policies:

- Develop and update the employee handbook, ensuring it reflects the company's culture and complies with legal requirements.

- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and align with business objectives.

- Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.

Strategic HR Initiatives:

- Collaborate with the CHRO on strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's growth and business objectives.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Assist in designing competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.

- Conduct market analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits offerings are competitive.

Business Support:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to business units on HR-related matters.

- Support various HR initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, and training and development.

- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to the CHRO and leadership team to drive informed decision-making.

Key skills and Experience:

- Education: MBA HR

- 4-8 years of experience

- Must be from Infrastructure or Renewable Energy sector

- Proficient in MS Office

- Excellent Communication skills

- Excellent academic background.

- Must have worked in a Small/medium-sized multinational setup, preferably in operating companies backed by PE funds.

- Should be willing to work across various functional areas within HR

- Should be agile and willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic

- Ability to manage conflict and handle stress

- Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management
