They are looking to hire their Manager HR to report into DGM HR as an individual contributor - Work very closely with the business to align the HR strategy with the business strategy - End to end employee lifecycle management of Plant for both on the roll and off roll employees - Facilitate smooth plant operation of plants and product availability in the market during a transaction - Manage the grievance redressal mechanism, contract labor management system, OT reduction plan, and R&amp;R - Maintain harmonious industrial relations among management and employees through efficient administration and resolution of employee's grievances - Lead the performance management, talent management and compensation vertical for the business - Establish goals for all employees and ensure periodic review of performance against established goals. - Revamp HR policies and procedures, provide employee relations guidelines and work to improve the overall manager-employee relationship with respect to the employment laws. &nbsp; - Maintain and provide insights to business and HR leaders towards the formulation of their people management strategy - Drive Employee Engagement and partner with business on creation &amp; implementation of relevant action plans As a successful candidate : - 6-10 Years with Plant and Corporate experience, both are necessary - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Full-time MBA in HR - Experience in end to end management of off roll employees What's an offer - Market competitive salary with excellent learning potential - Work directly with the leadership of the company
