Experience Required:
1) Strong knowledge of Plant HR, IR & Admin domain & should Possess sound HR analytics and conceptualization skills, Competent at handling multiple HR portfolios, new plant set-ups, and liaison.
2) Proven abilities in ensuring adherence to statutory compliance at all levels involving with external agencies, Govt. Authorities Etc. for matters relate to Factory and the social security Legislations.
3) The wealth of expertise covers liaising with Legal Advisors for conducting the on-going labor-related matters; enforcing general discipline in the factory in accordance with the standing orders of the company; settling disputes with the Union and active support for - Long Term Settlement.
Job Responsibility:
1) Responsible for complete recruitment life-cycle (staffing, recruitment, contract negotiations, discipline, conducting selection interviews, etc.), employee welfare, appraisal process, pieces of training and exit formalities.
2) Instrumental in looking after grievance handling, employee motivation, personal/family counseling thereby instituting measure for reducing absenteeism and enhancing employee turnover
3) Steering initiatives for identifying high performing talent within the organization, while providing accelerated developmental work assignments and training opportunities; managing the appraisal process across levels and establishing a framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal System linked to reward management
4) Identifying training needs across levels; conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement and liaising with internal & external agencies, developing multi skills as per defined standards.
