Job Description:
- Develop, update and implement all HR policies, procedures, systems to support HR - best practice
1. Accountable for overall HR operation for Corporate Department.
2. Responsible for all the hospitals in terms of Senior Level Recruitment, Appraisal, Talent Acquisition & Talent Pool Management.
3. Preparing MIS at corporate level for all the hospitals.
4. Preparing HR Budget at corporate level for all the Hospitals.
5. Pay Basket (Compensation & Benefits) 6. Mid Term & Annual Performance Management System(Appraisal)
7. Financial Year Budgeting for Human Capital and General Affairs
8. Writing the SOP For Different Functions of HR
9. Writing The JD, KRA For Different positions
10. Coordinating with HOD for their vacancies
11. Salary negotiations. Issuing Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
12. Take feedback from the last company for the new joinees.
13. Supervision and coordination of new projects.
14. Participated in outsourcing the payroll of all the hospitals starting from negotiation till successful implementation of it.
Candidate profile:
- Must have good hands on Hospital compliance
- Should have exposure in Hospital/Healthcare industry for 3-5 years
- Exposure in hospital recruitment, PMS, MIS, Payroll, Rewards etc.,
Must have 60% of Education background.
