Role: HR Manager

Qualification: MBA - HR

Location: Mumbai

Job Details :

- Document and keep up to date, the current and most relevant Job Descriptions, Organization Matrix & Reporting Structure

- Ascertain gaps in organization structure vis-vis company goals and advise hiring/modification of a particular position

- Conduct 360 Degree reviews of employees by using fair, transparent & effective review process

- Link the outcome of the review process to employee compensation and benefits

- Ensure employee motivation schemes are in place to get the most out of the employees

- Ensure compliance of HR Policy, Incentive Policy and other policies applicable to employees

- Ensure a proper employee onboarding process is in place

- Implement an employee grievance redressal mechanism

- Make a plan and budget for each year considering the cost to implement strategies

- To find the right talent through various modes like HR Consultants, own network, online portals.
