Major KRAs:
- Develop and lead an effective Recruitment, People strategy, Employment Law Compliance, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Leave Management, Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement, HRIS Data and other HR Practices.
- Manage HR Planning and Recruitment, Performance Management System, Statutory Compliances and Labour Law.
- Develop skills and competency framework, identify gap and plan action to bridge the gap.Support talent management by competencies and develop employee engagement activities.
- Design and Implement identified organization development interventions through selection, design and delivery of services and programs that may include talent management, leadership development, change management etc.
- Daily interaction with employees at all levels of the organization guiding them in the appropriate application of HR policies and procedures, facilitating positive employee relations.
Desirable Qualifications :
Engineering Graduate with Full time MBA/PGDBA in HR from Reputed Management Institutes.
Skills Required : 11 to 16 years experience in managing end-to-end HR, ER, Talent Management,General Administration of a global manufacturing set-up based in MIDC region with sound knowledge of Statutory Compliance and Labour Law.
- Excellent oral, written communication with English, Marathi and Hindi languages, Strong inter-personnel, negotiation and selling skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives for a timely and successful conclusion.
Preferred Age : 35 - 40 Years.
Job Location: MIDC, Pune.
- Relevant work experience with Multinational FMCG/ Food & Beverage / Automotive Industry / Auto Ancillaries Manufacturing sector is mandatory.
- Candidates preferred from Pune or near by location around Pune region.
