Key Responsibilities

1) Support Delivery of all HR processes

2) Management of Performance management in the unit

3) Execution and implmentation of Talent Management process

4) Partner with BU head on all HR related issues

5) Partner with business to manage complex and difficult cross functional projects

6) Be performance improvement driver for business . Help bring positive changes

7) Ensure all HR processes are implemented properly for the BU. Develop SOP

8) Develop and execute the entire engagement event calendar, monthly activities and handled internal employee communication.
