Mandatory requirements :

- Excellent stability in Previous roles
- Max 10 years experience not more
- Strong in Automation, Processes and Policies, Documentation, SOPs, Analytics
- Stakeholder management at CxO levels
- Leading and leveraging HR processes (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Management).
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Employee relations management
- Designing the organizational structure to support the required talent demand
- Building employer branding
- Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring
- Building a great culture and making the Organization a Great Place to Work
- Lead the leadership development interventions
