Looking for an HR Manager for an leading player in the Energy sector
HR Activities :
- Handling the recruitment from the scratch till end, closing the position within given time.
- Should have knowledge of other HR generalist activities including Policy Designing, employee engagement etc.
- Induction and orientation of the employee.
- Experience in Recruitment, training, PMS, Employee engagement activities, payroll etc.
- Execution and implementation of HR policies and procedure.
- Payroll Management.
- Employees Empowerment, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, Skill Gap Analysis, Capacity Building, Training & Development.
Admin Activities :
- Office utilities and maintains, Logistics arrangements, Facilities maintenance, Vendor Management, issuing of necessary Orders, Circulars & Notices, Handling general office admiration work.
MBA HR with 7-10 years of HR generalist exp, General Management skills with emphasis on People Management are essential.
