- Inculcating the Company's Vision, Mission and Values statements communications to the employees through Induction, Monthly Communication Meets and Periodic Meeting of Union.
- Employee Relations, Contract Labour, Mathadi Labour, Plant Industrial Relation and Trade Union Management.
- Handling Labour Court cases and external matters such as Mathadhi Board, High Court matters, Mantralaya, Police, Local Grampanchayats, etc.
- Compliance and audits related to Factory, Trade Union, Contract Labour, ESIC, PF, Industrial Health and Safety, AMC permissions, Licenses renewal, Apprentice Act etc.
- Driving Company Strategy from Business planning, KPI setting and review performance.
- Driving OD and Training interventions.
- Driving Performance through Reward and Recognition at Brewery and Sales team - Star High Performer, Green Talent Plan and Successor Development plans.
- Driving Employee Engagement Activities
- Tracking Employee productivity and ensure corrective actions against non-performers.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations. Settlements, dealing with Union Leaders (Internal & External), Disciplinary actions as per laid down procedure of Law, conducting and coordinating union meetings with Management.
- Handling Domestic Enquiries, Issuing disciplinary letters like warning, Show Cause, Termination etc.
- Experience of Attending Industrial Court, Labour Court, small Causes Court, City Civil Court & High Court (Mumbai) etc. Co-ordination with Lawyers, counsellors etc. for various matters related to Industrial Dispute Act, Labour Law, Factory Act & Civil cases of BMC and attended Departmental hearings.
- Monitoring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison with external agencies, Govt. authorities & offices like PF/ESI, Factory Inspectors, Labour commissioner offices, Contract Labour License Authorities, BMC authorities (Shops & Est. Dept, Property Assessment, Building & Factory, tree, License, water, Pest Control etc.), Tahsildar office, Police etc.
- Site / Factory visit with Safety Manager's as well as Operations Team for safety compliance and smooth function of operations. Administration of various policies of the company. Co-ordination with Line Managers for day to day HR related issues. Follow up with Insurance companies for Mediclaim settlements.
- In house settlement of Hospitalisation claims.
- Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies. Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
