- To support Director, Off-campus Programs in managing the hiring, development, appraisal, rewards, recognition, and separation processes in a timely and professional manner Job

Title & Description :

- Master's with a specialization in Human Resources

- 5- 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources with exposure to setting up / managing HR processes 


Educational Qualification & Personal Attributes :

Technical Knowledge : 


- Knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, Profile Onboarding, Performance Management System, Training & Development etc.

- Hands on experience on relevant ERP modules (PeopleSoft / SAP)

- Behavioral Competencies required: Communicating with impact, Relationship management skills, Process orientation, People management skills

Budgeting and Planning :


- Discuss and finalize hiring plans, budgets for HR activities and resource allocation with Director, Off Campus Programs; Monitor budgets and take corrective action, in case of deviations.

Talent Acquisition :


- Review appropriate channels for sourcing talent (internal - internal posting, referrals and external - consultants, job sites etc.); 


- Ensure timely completion of recruitment activities (e.g. sourcing, selection, offer negotiations) within recruitment guidelines; Resolve any issues; 


- Plan and coordinate selection process;


- Design and implement induction/orientation program for new employees and exit interviews (faculty and nonteaching employees) for resigning employee

Talent Development and Performance Management :


- Drive timely execution of Principal Accountabilities, performance management cycle and compensation review; 


- Ensure adherence to PMS process and guidelines during the entire cycle; 


- Design and organize developmental programmes for non-teaching employees; 


- Support the implementation of training and development programmes for faculty;

HR Operations : 


- Monitor execution of HR operations (e.g. HRIS updation, leave management); 


- Identify gaps and areas of improvement in existing policies and propose changes to improve effectiveness; 


- Resolve any complaints/ escalations;

- Report dashboards periodically

People Management : 


- Allocate responsibilities within team, monitor performance, provide developmental feedback, resolve grievances, counsel and mentor team members through the year;


- Appraise team's performance as per the performance management cycle
